Cancellations and Returns

As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds cannot be given unless specifically agreed by ourselves.Consequently, credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon receipt of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Please do not return goods without contacting us first.


All products are subject to availability. In the event of a product being temporarily unavailable, we will inform you and forward your main order, and then send the remaining item/s as soon as they become available. If we are unable to obtain the item, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative item.


All orders are despatched using a next-day, specialist road delivery service. When placing your order, it is important that you should arrange for somebody to be at home to accept delivery. If no one is in to sign for the goods and no instructions were entered online at time of ordering, the delivery drivers will be instructed to leave your chill-pack in a reasonably secure place at the premises or with a neighbour, they will not return the package back to their depot. The drivers are aware that they are carrying perishable goods. The delivery shall be deemed to have been completed either when the customer accepts delivery in person, or when the driver leaves your parcel at the unattended premises or neighbour.

Non-Delivery Claims

In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of expected delivery date, quoting your order number. We will investigate immediately and update you regarding the situation.

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order upon receipt of delivery. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged, or incomplete, please accept delivery and contact us within 24 hours.
